I have respect for Management of this Property. Efficient in responding to any problems within the Property. Clean and tenants are helpful and quiet. My plus is the view of the GGB, Sausalito and other parts of the City. I would highly recommend leasing apartment from this Property Management.

I have been living here for almost a year and it has been a great experience. Mgmt. is quick in responding and you'll rarely wait for any significant period of time for maintenance requests. The building is also conveniently located to Polk St. and North Beach as well as various concert venues. Great place to be!

I enjoy living here, great views and itâs plenty safe to walk. Close to downtown and north beach, I drive so I get close access to the freeway in less than 15 minutes. Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly and building maintenance is quick.

Nob Hill Place is a great place to live. The location can't be any better. Unfortunately, maintenance has gone downhill since my moving there almost nine years ago. There seems to have what was live in managerial and maintenance staff. The office was open on weekdays. My latest request made early in February was to check the smoke alarm as it was beeping. Repeated requests were made. The most recent was yesterday as it was still beeping. This unacceptable situation is dangerous and does not in keeping with the rent I pay.

My fiancee and I lived at Nob Hill Place for 2+ years and absolutely loved it. It was the perfect location to be near everything, but secluded enough that you could get away from the noise of the city. The property management was extremely friendly and responsive, and all maintenance requests were handled within 24-48 hours. For example, our oven stopped heating up past a certain temperature, and the building had a new oven in our apartment within the same week - amazing! We always felt respected, valued, and heard which made our experience one of a kind. This is the best apartment I've ever lived in, and even if all of the above weren't true...it still would have been worth it for this view every day & night.

The manager of the building, Eddie, makes the leasing process and dealing with issues very easy. He is extremely professional, honest, and a genuinely good person. The maintenance crew, especially Arnold, is also a pleasure to work with. When there are issues within the unit, Arnold is quick to respond and does very high quality work. Working with great people like Eddie and Arnold should make for a very pleasant living experience at Nob Hill Place.

Nob Hill place is a great little spot at the top of Nob Hill. My husband and I lived here for almost five years. It is a very typical SF apartment so a lot of the furnishings are older and the apartment is small (if you aren't used to SF). That being said, it's a great location. Very walkable. All of the residents are nice!
